Secretary’s Report – Ron reported that many of the e-mail addresses on the club listing were not valid.  Dave A said he would look into it to get a finished list.

Treasure’s Report – Dave A stated that he had composed and sent 2 letters to William’s parents and his sister thanking them for the use of the land and stated our events Squirrel Camp and Youth Field Day with pictures for both.  These were shown to the attendees.  Dave also got club dues from 5 more members.  There was one new member, Tony Dividicus.  We had paid the NMRA insurance payment of $652 in October.  The $111 from the Squirrel Camp was deposited in the club account.  With the dues of $231 added in the current balance is $1958.93.  Our big expenses are insurance and portable toilets.  We have 3 people on a powder order already, so get your black powder orders in.

President’s Report – Dave I said all the officers have offered to serve another year.  Charlie motioned and Roger second that they serve another year and there were all ayes except John and Buck with proxy vote from Deni.  The nomination and vote for the Board was tabled until the next meeting.

OLD BUSINESS

Squirrel Camp – Craig said he will do it next year.  We got $285 left over for prizes for the next squirrel camp.  We need a raffle prize more than anything.   The winning scores are as follows.

Archery            Friday              Saturday           Hawk               Friday              Saturday

1                      Roger 19          Roger 18          1                      B Bryon 21      Roger 14

3                      Ashton 14        B.B. 13            3                      Roger   14        B Bryon 13

The Chili winner was a tie between William and Duane.  The biggest squirrel was Triston Whitt.  The winner of the raffle, small surprise, was Roger, redraw!, for both the stool and the chair.  Craig handed out 38 medallions.

St Marks Wildlife Heritage Day -   Lori does not know if they can allow shooting at the site as a trail last year was under water.  She will get back with us on that.  Many members said they will not attend if there was no shooting.

NEED BUSINESS

John asked what the insurance pay out was and Dave A said it was 1 million per event and 2 million in total.  Gary asked about the waivers.  William said it could be worked out.  William felt confident we could use the current property for the rendezvous, but he was not certain.  The insurance was there and the attorney was satisfied.

7:50 Dave I motioned to end the meeting and Gary seconded.  The ayes were unanimous.

Clean up was Duane.
