The July 4th Fish Fry:
The members of the JLR's held a fish fry at the Johnson River House to celebrate The 4th of July this year. Lots of food was had by all and William Wilson did a spectacular job juggling THREE fryers at once. Not only was there fried fish of various types, but also fried chicken quarters and a whole fried turkey.
We had a Hawk and Knife block set up for some friendly competition, and had targets set up for primitive Bows, but alas, the traditional 4th of July thunder storm rained out the rest of the activities. Maybe next year!!! The JOHNSON FAMILY would like to thank all those who attended the first annual JLR fish fry, and hope to be able to open their home for the same good time next year.
